By accessing or using trainIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
trainIQ is an AI-powered professional training platform that generates scenario-based questions using large language models. Content is generated dynamically and is not reviewed by human subject-matter experts before delivery. trainIQ is a training supplement, not a certification authority. **Use of the Service does not guarantee job placement, salary increases, or readiness for external professional certifications.**
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
All training scenarios, questions, and explanations are generated by AI. While we design prompts to produce accurate, high-quality content, AI-generated material may contain errors. Do not rely on trainIQ content as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. If you encounter inaccurate content, use the in-app flag feature to report it.
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the question generation system, share account credentials, use the Service to generate content for competing products, or abuse the API with automated requests beyond normal usage patterns.
trainIQ owns the Service, including world themes, game mechanics, and prompt engineering. AI-generated questions are not copyrightable and are provided for your personal training use only.
trainIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated training content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
